September 25, 2026 BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Exchange Plaza, C-1, Block - G, Dalal Street, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai - 400 001 Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051 Scrip Code: 543212 Symbol: BOROLTD Dear Sirs, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the SEBI Listing Regulations”) - Final Findings of DGTR recommending imposition of anti-dumping duty on imports of Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware from China PR Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received the Final Findings dated September 24, 2026, issued by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (“DGTR”), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, in relation to the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware” originating in or exported from China PR. The investigation was initiated pursuant to the application filed by the Company as the domestic industry. The DGTR, upon examination of the facts and submissions on record, has concluded, inter alia, that: • the subject goods originating in or exported from China PR have been exported to India at dumped prices; • the dumping margins are positive and significant; • the Company, being the sole producer of the like article in India, constitutes the domestic industry; • the dumped imports from China PR have materially retarded the establishment of the domestic industry; and • the imposition of anti-dumping duty is not against the public interest. Accordingly, having regard to the lesser-duty rule, the DGTR has recommended imposition of anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject goods originating in or exported from China PR for a period of five (5) years from the date of the notification to be issued in this regard by the Central Government. The aforesaid Final Findings are a positive development for the Company and are expected to support a more level competitive environment for the Company's borosilicate table and kitchen glassware business in India. The final notification imposing the anti-dumping duty is yet to be issued by the Central Government. The Company will continue to monitor the matter and will make further disclosures, as may be required under the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
