Shareholders meeting

Viyash Scientific Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on August 11, 2026. The meeting will be held through video conferencing and will consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The re-appointment of Dr. Haribabu Bodepudi as Managing Director and Group CEO will also be considered.
