Tech in Electronics and Communications. Presently, he is working as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways. In the past he has worked in the Department of Telecommunications and Ministry of Home Affairs. He has work experience of more than 33 years in the subjects like internal security, cyber security and cyber-crime, telecommunication technology, lighthouses etc. He has been instrumental in establishing various national level security projects in the field of cyber-security, Sanchar Saathi portal and digital intelligence platform to curb mis-use of telecom resources in cyber-crime.
