Closure of Trading Window
We write to advise that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be
closed from 1st October, 2026 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, in terms
of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the
Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six Months ending on
30th September, 2026, to the Stock Exchanges.
