Accordingly, the "Trading Window" will be closed fromThursday, 1st October, 2026 to 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending on 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive). During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank's securities by the Directors of the Bank, connected persons and designated employees and Immediate Relatives of these persons as defined in the "Code of Conduct".
