Dear Sir /Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we do hereby inform you that the Company has been impleaded as a Respondent, along with other parties, in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana against Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), challenging the acquisition of certain lands by TGIIC and allotment of said lands to various parties. This includes 150 acres of land allotted to the Company by TGIIC at Scetharampur, Hyderabad, for construction of its Greenfield EV Manufacturing Facility. The Company is taking appropriate legal measures to defend its interests before the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana.
