25th September 2026 National Stock Exchange of India Limited BSE Limited Scrip Code – National Stock Exchange of India Limited: SIEMENS EQ BSE Limited: 500550 Subject: Approval for reduction of share capital of C&S Electric Limited (a subsidiary of Siemens Limited): Receipt of the order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (‘NCLT’) has, vide its order dated 24th September 2026 (Order uploaded on the website of the Hon’ble NCLT on 25th September 2026), approved the reduction of 343,948 equity shares having a face value of INR 10/- each, in aggregate, constituting 0.78% of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of C&S Electric Limited (‘C&S’) from Specified Shareholders (excluding Siemens Limited) (‘C&S Capital Reduction’). C&S will take necessary steps as per the regulatory requirements to implement the C&S Capital Reduction as per the said order of Hon’ble NCLT. Siemens Limited currently holds 99.22% equity share capital of C&S. Once the C&S Capital Reduction is completed / implemented, C&S will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
