We wish to inform you that Scrutinizer's Report inadvertently referred to the process as a “postal ballot process”. This is a typographical/inadvertent error. The Resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 1st September 2026 were transacted through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, and not through the Postal Ballot process. The said reference to “postal ballot” ought to be read as “remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM process”. This corrigendum does not in any way affect the voting results, the resolutions passed, or any other particulars set out in the Consolidated Report already submitted, which remain unchanged and stand confirmed. A corrigendum letter received from the Scrutinizer to this effect is enclosed for your records. Kindly take the above on your records.
