Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the
Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading of securities of the
company read with NSE’s circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 BSE’s circular no.
LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated April 2, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the
shares of the company by the Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives shall remain
closed with effect from 1st October, 2026.
The Trading Window will re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of un-
audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September,
2026.
