Dear Sir(s)/ Madam, This is in continuation of our earlier intimations dated 13th February, 2026, 06th March, 2026 and 29th June 2026, wherein the Stock Exchanges were informed that M/s. Alkem Medtech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in India (“Alkem Medtech”), intends to acquire at least 51% and up to 55% of the total issued equity share capital of M/s. Occlutech Holding AG (“Occlutech”), a company incorporated in Switzerland. In this regard, we wish to inform you that, the said acquisition stands completed pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement and accordingly, Occlutech will now be a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
