Intimation regarding changes in Senior Management Personnel of the Company

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Ranabir Bose, Head - Marketing, will be replaced by Mr. Parag Murudkar effective July 1, 2026. Ms. Keerti Gupta, Chief Operations Officer, will be replaced by Mr. Nikesh Gupta effective August 1, 2026. Both outgoing personnel are transitioning to new leadership roles within the broader Aditya Birla Capital group.
