Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that the 30th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Tuesday,
August 11, 2026 at 12:00 hours (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means
(OAVM) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The Company has fixed Friday, July 03, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine the eligibility of shareholders
to whom notice of 30th AGM and Annual Report will be sent.
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 53(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of 30th AGM along with the Annual Report of
the Company for the financial year 2025-26 and other Statutory Reports including Business Responsibility
and Sustainability Report (‘BRSR’), which is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose
e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository
Participant(s) (‘DPs’).
Additionally, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, letter containing the Company’s weblink to access the Annual Report of
FY 2025-26 is being sent through ordinary post to those Members whose email addresses are not registered
with the Company/ RTA/ DPs.
Pursuant to Regulation 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company is providing facility for remote e-voting to its members as per
