No. NSE/CM/Surveillance/17278 dated July 17, 2026 seeking clarification in relation to the news item captioned “Pfizer suspends Premarin vaginal cream in India, raising concerns over menopause care.” appearing in The Hindu BusinessLine. In this regard, we wish to submit that Premarin Vaginal Cream, which is an imported product, has been temporarily discontinued in India due to certain supply constraints. The Company is actively exploring options to restore the supply at the earliest. Please note that Premarin Vaginal Cream contributes less than 1% to the revenue of the Company and the temporary discontinuation is not expected to have any material impact on the Company’s financial performance, business operations or profitability. In view of the above, the temporary discontinuation of the product did not constitute a material event requiring disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company remains committed to making timely disclosures of all material events and information in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
