We would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of
Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended and pursuant to clause 5(4)(ii) of
Company’s Policy under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the

designated persons with effect from Thursday, the 1st of October 2026 till 48 hours after
the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended
30th September 2026.
