Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
