The Company has now acquired the aforesaid building and, pursuant to such acquisition, the Company has become the owner of the entire building comprising four floors. The acquisition of the entire Premises will facilitate the continued use of the Premises as the Corporate Office of the Company and represents a step towards strengthening the Company's long-term corporate infrastructure. The acquisition ofthe Premises is expected to provide greater stability and operational continuity in respect of its corporate office premises. We further clarify that there is no change in the address of the Corporate Office pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition. Further, the Registered Office of the Company also remains unchanged.
