Good afternoon, shareholders. Myself Ved Prakash Khurana, Whole-Time Director and Chairman of the company, and I am also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. It is my distinct honour and privilege to welcome you all to the 24™ Annual General Meeting of Globe Civil Projects. I thank all the shareholders, the Board of Directors and our employees for their dedicated commitment and support. The Notice of this AGM and the Annual Report have been duly circulated to all shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. I take the Notice as read. The statutory auditors and the secretarial auditors of the company have expressed unqualified opinion in their respective audit reports for the Financial Year 25-26. There were no qualifications, observations or adverse comments on the financial statements on the matters which have been which have any material bearing on the functioning of the company. It gives me great pleasure to address you today and share a few thoughts on our Company, our industry and the road ahead.
