trading by designated persons (“Code”) and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015,
as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain
closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees including their immediate relatives from Thursday,
01st October 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the
quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year
ended 30th September 2026 will be intimated in due course.
