Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Purple Agrotech Industries Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and connected persons. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date of the board meeting for approving these results will be intimated later.
