Good afternoon, shareholders. Myself Ved Prakash Khurana, Whole-Time Director and Chairman of the company, and I am also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. It is my distinct honour and privilege to welcome you all to the 24™ Annual General Meeting of Globe Civil Projects. I thank all the shareholders, the Board of Directors and our employees for their dedicated commitment and support. The Notice of this AGM and the Annual Report have been duly circulated to all shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. I take the Notice as read. The statutory auditors and the secretarial auditors of the company have expressed unqualified opinion in their respective audit reports for the Financial Year 25-26. There were no qualifications, observations or adverse comments on the financial statements on the matters which have been which have any material bearing on the functioning of the company. It gives me great pleasure to address you today and share a few thoughts on our Company, our industry and the road ahead. India is witnessing a strong and sustained focus on infrastructure development. Investments in roads, railways, healthcare, education, housing and urban infrastructure are creating significant opportunities for the EPC sector. For Globe Civil, this presents a good opportunity to grow our business and, at the same time, contribute to the development of the country. The experience gained from our ongoing and completed projects continues to enhance our understanding of project requirements and helps us improve our execution approach. Looking Ahead Looking ahead, our approach will remain focused on sustainable and profitable growth. We will continue to strengthen our presence in areas where we have established expertise and, at the same time, selectively pursue larger and more complex EPC opportunities. We will continue to evaluate opportunities across sectors where our technical capabilities, experience and execution strengths provide us with a suitable platform.
