The disclosure, as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, has already been made to the Stock Exchanges on 24th September 2026.
