Carved out from Bajaj Electricals Limited’s EPC business through a Scheme of Arrangement effective September 2023, the Company now functions as an independent entity, carrying forward more than two decades of project experience while charting its own strategic course towards sustainable growth. Bajel operates through four business verticals, Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Monopoles, and International EPC, with its own manufacturing facility at Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune. Across these segments, the Company has built Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission lines, commissioned AIS and GIS substations, and extended electrification into rural and urban communities, translating infrastructure into dependable power for households long underserved. For Bajel, these are not isolated deliverables but evidence of a broader purpose: closing the distance between energy infrastructure and the people who depend on it. The Ranjangaon facility anchors this delivery. Equipped to manufacture transmission line towers, monopoles, high masts, and other fabricated structures, the plant combines digital monitoring, lean production methods, and modern fabrication technology to maintain quality and operational discipline. It operates under internationally recognized certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems), and ISO 3834-2:2005 (Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials). These standards govern how the Company builds, but its responsibilities extend well beyond the factory floor. www.bajelprojects.com 1 Big Picture Actions Verticals Capabilities ESG Reports Financials I.
