Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform that in terms of the Company's “Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code regarding Practice and Procedure For Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information” (‘the Code’), the trading window shall be closed from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting in which the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026 are considered & approved, for trading in equity shares and listed debt securities. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. During the above period of closure of trading window, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in IREDA’s equity shares and listed debt securities.
