Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor
and Report Trading by Insiders, read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall
remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from
October 1, 2026, and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the
Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The Trading Window shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the
Company's Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the
Stock Exchange.
