We wish to inform you that the 51st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held
on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 3.00 p.m. 1ST, through Video Conference ("VC") / Other Audio
Visual Means ("OAVM").
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 34(1) and Schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange
Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing
Regulations"), we submit herewith a copy of the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice
of the AGM.
The electronic copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM have been sent today to all
shareholders whose e-mail IDs are registered with their respective Depository Participants ("DPs")/
KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("RTA") of the Company. The
documents are also available on the Company's website at www.eidparry.com and on the website of
National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
Further, a letter providing the weblink for accessing the Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM is
being sent to those Members who have not registered their e-mail addresses. The Company has
engaged NSDL for providing e-voting services and the VC/OAVM facility for the AGM. The details of
e-voting are as follows:
