The Board took note of an inadvertent drafting error in Annexure C – Disclosure Relating to Remuneration of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Employees forming part of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, in respect of Mr. Abhay Kumar Thakur, Director (DIN: 10585460). The following particulars appearing in the Annual Report require correction: 1. Percentage Increase in Remuneration: The same shall be read as 0.00%. 2. Ratio of Remuneration to Median Remuneration of Employees: The ratio inadvertently mentioned as 1.24 shall be read as 0.00. The Board has accordingly approved the issuance of the Corrigendum to the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 incorporating the aforesaid corrections and has also approved the Revised Annual Report for FY 2025-26 incorporating the said corrections. The aforesaid corrections are purely due to an inadvertent drafting error and do not have any impact on the audited financial statements, financial results, financial position, cash flows, share capital or any other financial information of the Company.
