• The Company had an order book of Rs. 15,312 Crore as on March 31, 2026.
o The breakup of order is, the roads and railwayproject are Rs.10,122 Crores, which is 66.11% of the total order book
o Among the road projects, HAM projects are to the tune of Rs.1,618 Crores and EPC road projects are Rs.7,084 Crores and railway is around Rs.1,420
Crores
o PowerT&D is to the tune of Rs.3,533 Crores which is approximately 23% ofthe total order book
o The total EPC building segment is Rs.562 Crores. The Company’s focus would always remain on maintaining a sustainable EPC business in segments
encompassing roads, highways, railways,powertransmission and distribution as well as buildings
• The asset monetization program continued to reinforce the Company’s full-cycle capabilities—developing, constructing, commissioning, operating, and
divesting infrastructure assets to recycle capital efficiently
o The Company is actively pursuing the sale of HAM projects in national highways

Projects for Bridges and Water Treatment – Rs 2434 Cr
• EPC Order for Mithi River Development and allied works received from the BMC for a consideration of Rs. 1,816 Crores, excluding GST. In joint
venture with Adani-Ashoka-Aakshaya. The company's stake in project is Rs 844.34 Cr excluding GST.
• EPC Order received from BMC, Mumbai for construction of flyover near JJ Flyover for a consideration of Rs. 1,041 Crores, including GST.
• EPC order received from Public Works Department, Daman for the construction of proposed signature bridge near Jampore Sea Front road at
Parkota Sheri at Daman for project value of Rs. 307.7 Crores excluding GST
• EPC order received from Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam for the construction of H.L.R.C.C. Bridge over River Gandak. the Company’s share in the
project value is Rs.241.9 crore
Projects for Railway - Rs 1608 Cr
• EPC work for gauge conversion from Pachora to Jamner (approx. 53.3 km). The contract value is Rs. 568.86 crores including GST.
• EPC work for up-gradation of existing Electric Traction System from Jaipur Project authority. The project is valued at Rs. 499.95 crore including GST.
• EPC work for up-gradation of existing Electric Traction System Ajmer Project Authority. The project is valued at Rs. 539.35 crore including GST
Projects for Smart Infra – Rs 2523 Cr
• Orders for the implementing Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) across five circles in Maharashtra state, awarded by Motor Vehicles
Department of Rs. 1,387 crores including GST.
• Order for Modernization of Offices under Inspector General of Registration and Controller of Stamps (IGR), under the Govt. of Maharashtra. Expected
consideration is Rs. ~1,136 crores.

• EPC order received from the Government of Guyana’s Public Works Department (in South America) for the ‘East Bank–East Coast Road Linkage

• EPC order received from the Ministry of Public Works, Liberia for road project from Nrowkia (Sasstown Jn) to Barclayville and Nrowkia (Sasstown Jn)
to Sasstown for a consideration of USD 45 million.
