Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we enclose herewith the Annual
Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, and Notice dated July 16, 2026, setting out the business to be
transacted at the 48th AGM of the Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday,
August 12, 2026, at 04:30 p.m., through Video Conference (“VC”).
We also wish to inform you that pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule
20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the Listing
Regulations, the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to all its Members (holding shares in
physical and dematerialized form) to enable them exercise their right to vote by electronic means on
the resolutions proposed at the 48th AGM.
