Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. In continuation thereto, we wish to update that the said manufacturing facility has commenced commercial production effective today i.e. 25th September, 2026. The facility will manufacture aluminium die casting components catering to automotive sector, including ICE and EV segments as well as non-automotive applications. The plant has an initial installed capacity to manufacture 900 MT castings parts per month, expandable up to 1,100 MT per month. The plant has been strategically designed to support future capacity expansion by installing balance equipment. Such expansion will be undertaken when the Company secures further orders from its OEM customers. You are requested to take this intimation on record.
