Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading),
Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations"), the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company
shall be closed with effect from Thursday, October 01, 2026 till the expiry of Forty-Eight (48) hours after
the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2026 for all the Connected
Persons/Designated Persons/ Directors/ Promoters of the Company.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the financial results of
the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated separately in due course of time.
