In continuation of our earlier letters on the captioned subject we wish to inform you that, the QIP Committee of the Board (the “QIP Committee”) has, at its meeting held today i.e. July 17, 2026 approved the issue and allotment of 7,72,72,727 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers (“QIBs”) at an issue price of ₹220.00 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹215 per Equity Share), which includes a discount of 4.68% of the floor price of ₹230.79 per Equity Share, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to ₹ 17,000 million (Rupees Seventeen thousand million only), pursuant to the Issue. The Issue opened on July 14, 2026 and closed on July 17, 2026 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated July 14, 2026 and July 17, 2026 respectively. Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid- up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹4,449.39 million, comprising of 88,98,79,192 Equity Shares of ₹5 each to ₹4,835.76 million, comprising of 96,71,51,919 Equity Shares of ₹ 5 each. Further, please find attached herewith the list of allottees who have been allotted more than five percent (5%) of the Equity Shares offered in the Issue, marked as Annexure A. The information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule – III part- A to the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI master circular no.
