Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the applicable SEBI Circular, we wish to inform you that Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Limited ("the Company") had executed a 15-year onsite industrial gas supply agreement on 14th February, 2025 with Jai Balaji Industries Limited. Under the agreement, the Company was to establish, own and operate a 325 Tons per day (TPD) Air Separation Unit (ASU) at the customer's manufacturing facility located at Durgapur, West Bengal. We are pleased to announce that the plant has now been successfully commissioned today i.e. 25th September, 2026 and revenues from the plant shall therefore commence from September 2026. The agreement provides long-term recurring revenue visibility through a take or pay type contractual structure. It strengthens the Company’s presence in Eastern India and its long-term onsite business portfolio.
