Board's Decision and Comments: The Board of Directors noted the notice and the reasons for the delayed compliance. The Board ratified the management's decision to pay the fine of Rs. 68,440 to the Exchanges to conclude the matter and avoid further delay or exchange of correspondence. The Board has strongly advised the management to ensure strict adherence and prior compliance with all SEBI (LODR) Regulations moving forward to avoid the recurrence of such instances.
