In accordance with the Income-tax Act, 2025, ("the Act"), dividend paid or distributed by the Company is taxable in the hands of the shareholders and accordingly the Company has deducted tax at source (TDS) at the rates prescribed in the Act, wherever applicable. 2. Tax amount includes Tax + Surcharge + Cess; as applicable. 3. PAN-wise cumulative dividend disbursed during the FY2027 has been taken into consideration for the purpose of TDS calculation. Tax required to be deducted on dividend amount distributable to the shareholders is rounded up to nearest rupee.
