Grant of 5,15,000 Stock Options, convertible into 5,15,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to the eligible employees of the Company under ESOP Scheme-2007 and ESOP Scheme-2018, at an exercise price of Rs. 261 per option, being the latest available closing price on previous trading day prior to the grant date on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, which recorded the higher trading volume.
