pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time
to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed
from October 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the
quarter ending September 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter
ended September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
