Intimation of Closure of Trading Window.

Saraswati Commercial India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The results will be approved by the board of directors and filed with stock exchanges. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
