Carnation Hotels Private Limited (Operator) consequent to termination of Hotel Operating Agreement (HOA) & addendum thereof executed between the Owner and Operator dated September 08, 2022, in relation to Lemon Tree Hotel, Erode, Tamil Nadu (65 rooms), by issuing a termination letter dated July 16, 2026 to the Owner, on account of material breach of the terms of the HOA. The termination shall become effective upon the expiration of five (5) business days from date of termination letter. The aforesaid termination of the agreements does not have any material financial impact on the Company. You are requested to take the above information on record.
