Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as
amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of
Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading

Person and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after
the declaration of un-audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the
Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The same is being informed to the designated person & their immediate relatives and
connected person in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of
Insider Trading.
Further, the date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and
approve the un-audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company
for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 shall be informed in due course.
