Indian Hotels Company Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, ahead of the declaration of standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are disclosed to the stock exchanges.
