Subject: Update / Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Non- execution of Tranche 2 of Industrial Land Sale. Ref: GALAXY BEARINGS LIMITED (Scrip Code: 526073; Scrip ID: GALXBRG) This is in continuation to the Company's earlier corporate announcements dated May 02, 2026, September 15, 2026 and September 17, 2026 regarding the proposed sale of the Company's industrial land situated at Gat No. 1091, Village: Sanaswadi, Taluka: Shirur, District: Pune, Maharashtra. The Company had, vide its disclosure dated September 15, 2026, informed the Stock Exchange regarding the approval of the final commercial terms for Tranche 2, comprising sale of 5,700 Sq. Meters of land to TREEFAC WORKS LLP for a total consideration of Rs. 150 Lakhs, with the execution of the definitive Sale Deed scheduled for September 24, 2026. We wish to inform you that the definitive Sale Deed for Tranche 2 could not be executed on September 24, 2026, as scheduled, due to certain unforeseen administrative/commercial circumstances and pending procedural requirements at the end of the counterparty. The proposed transaction continues to remain under consideration between the parties and has not been cancelled or terminated. The execution of the definitive Sale Deed shall take place at a mutually agreed date upon completion of the requisite procedural formalities by both parties. The Company shall make an appropriate disclosure to the Stock Exchange upon execution of the definitive Sale Deed or upon any material change in the status or terms of the proposed transaction, as may be applicable.
