He currently serves as Chief Sales Officer at Olatech Solutions, where he is responsible for driving business growth, enterprise sales, strategic customer relationships and new market development. His focus encompasses Telecom, OSS/BSS Software Solutions, System Integration, Hardware Services and AMC and other technology-led offerings. At Olatech, Sameer works closely with telecom operators, enterprises and technology partners to identify business opportunities, develop solution-led propositions and take complex engagements from opportunity creation through negotiation and closure. Sameer has also worked with companies such as Sterlite Technoligies, Amdocs, Ericsson and Tata Teleservices across different domains including Business Development, Pre-sales and technical support. His early career at Ericsson gave him a strong understanding of telecom networks, while his subsequent roles at EliteCore, Sterlite and eventually at Olatech Solutions progressively shifted his focus towards business development, Telco & Enterprise sales, strategic account management and large deal closures. Today, Sameer brings together deep telecom domain knowledge and commercial leadership, allowing him to engage with CXOs, business leaders, technology teams and telecom operators and translate complex technology requirements into commercially viable solutions. 4.
