of the Company, has received a show cause notice dated September 24, 2026, issued by Deputy
CommissionerofState Tax(“GSTAuthority”),callinguponALPLtoshowcausewhyGST,applicable
interest and penalty aggregating to Rs. 14,00,00,892 (Rupees Fourteen Crores Eight Hundred and
Ninety-Twoonly)shouldnotbedemandedinrespectofpaymentstomunicipalcorporationonreverse
chargebasisanddisallowanceofinputtaxcreditforFY2022-23.
ALPLisadvisedthattheshowcausenoticeisdevoidofanymeritsanditwillcontestthesame.This
showcausenoticedoesnothaveanymaterialfinancialimpactontheoperationsoftheCompany.
