Further, the Company have also updated the Trading Window closure period for the quarter ending 30th September 2026 along with the relevant details in the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) portal (designated Depository Participant) for restricting trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives by freezing PAN at security level in compliance with the SEBI circulars. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
