Withdrawal of In-Principle Application filed with BSE Limited on 08th June, 2026 under Case No. 270228 The Board of Directors considered and approved the withdrawal of the In-Principle Application for the proposed Rights Issue filed with the Stock Exchange(s) on 08th June, 2026, under Case No. 270228. The withdrawal of the aforesaid application is being undertaken in view of the proposed revision in the objects/purpose of the Rights Issue and the consequential requirement to make a fresh In- Principle Application with the Stock Exchange(s), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”) and the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”), and other applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory requirements. 2. Withdrawal of acquisition of M/s ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the withdrawal of the proposed acquisition of M/s ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited, pursuant to the withdrawal of the proposed Rights Issue of the Company.
