This facility is being developed under the asset light Built-to-Suit (BTS) model and construction is now commencing. The facility is scheduled to be operational by Q2 next year and will cater to a temperature zone of -25℃ to + 20℃. Located along the NH-44 corridor, it serves in Hyderabad's northern logistics belt, an area that has seen rising demand for temperature-controlled storage driven by growth in seafood, ice cream, QSR, fruits & vegetables and pharmaceuticals.
