in securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, October 01,
2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the
Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2026 is made by the
Company to the Stock Exchange.
Further, the Date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Un-Audited
Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September
30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
