The said transactions are covered under the automatic/system-driven disclosure mechanism, but certain transactions undertaken by Mr. Saurabh Goyal, Promoter of the Company, on 10 September 2026 and all transactions undertaken by him thereafter are not appearing on the stock exchange platform under the automatic/system-driven disclosure mechanism. Accordingly, the Company is submitting the disclosures manually under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Although the disclosure is required to be made within two trading days of receipt of the disclosure of the transaction by the Company, but since the aforesaid transactions are covered under the automatic/system-driven disclosure mechanism, a separate manual disclosure by the Company under Regulation 7(2) is not ordinarily required. However, in view of the fact that the aforesaid transactions are not appearing on the stock exchange platform under the automatic/system-driven disclosure mechanism, the Company is submitting the disclosures manually as an abundant precaution and to ensure that the requisite disclosures are duly made and placed on record.
