May 29, 2024 to May 28, 2029. An update on the matter, disclosed earlier vide the Company's letter dated November 07, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure "A". Kindly take the same on record. Pursuant thereto, MCA has, vide letter No. SRN AB0120636/2024-CL-VII dated July 14, 2026, granted approval under Section 196 read with Clause (e) of Part I of Schedule V of the Companies Act, 2013 for the appointment of Mr. Hitoshi Fukagawa (DIN: 10611378) as Managing Director (designated as Joint Managing Director) for five years w.e.f. May 29, 2024 to May 28, 2029. The matter stands concluded.
