Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing
Regulations, we hereby inform you that Sterling and Wilson Solar Australia Pty Ltd (SWSAPL),
a material subsidiary (step down) of the Company, has commenced arbitration proceedings by
filing a Request for Arbitration against Shell New Energies Australia Pty Ltd (Shell) under the
London Court of International Arbitration Rules 2020 (LCIA Rules) on July 14, 2026.
The requisite details in relation to the aforesaid matter, as prescribed under SEBI Circular No.
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as
Annexure A.

ii. a contract between Shell (as the
principal) and SWSAPL (as the
contractor) for the Operations and
Maintenance of Gangarri Solar Farm
in Queensland, Australia.
5 Expected financial implications, if any, due Recovery of claims as described herein
to compensation, penalty etc.; in the event of successful arbitration in
favour of SWSAPL.

Full 120 MW with Harmonic
Filters:- AUD $28,029,620.50 and
USD $1,638,628, in damages under
EPC contract or such other sum as
